TLC Lions Founder
Gian Power founded TLC Lions following his time at Deutsche Bank and PwC. Whilst working in the city, a personal tragedy struck with the murder of his father. Gian witnessed first-hand some of the inclusion & wellbeing issues in the corporate world. Importantly he saw the need to create a more emotionally engaged work place.

Dr Kamel Hothi OBE

TLC Lions Non-Exec Director
Dr Hothi has 38 years of experience at Lloyds Banking Group with roles including Head of Asian Strategy, Head of Responsible Business and supporting charities where she saw the Bank raise £20m in 6 years. Since leaving the bank, Kamel now sits on the board of Alzheimers Society, Teenage Cancer Trust as well as an advisor to The Queen on her Commonwealth Trust Fund across 53 countries.

Dr Rajni Aneja

TLC Lions Advisor (Research & Impact)
Dr Aneja is Head of Digital Strategy at Sanofi with board member roles at MIT, Oliver Wyman, MedCity News and acting as an Advisor to Harvard Innovation Labs. Rajni was formerly the Global Head of Digital Strategy for Novartis. She is a Connection Science Fellow with expertise in population health management and digital health. Rajni is an advisor to a variety of health and wellness organisations.

Ali Trauttmansdorff

TLC Lions Advisor (Market Trends & Insight)
Ali started her career in HR with Goldman Sachs where she worked for 14 years before assuming her current role in 2008 at Rothschild & Co as the Global Head of HR for Investment Banking and Private Equity. Ali also sits on the Queen's Gallery Group a collection of HR and Diversity professionals hosted by the Royal Household. An experienced HRD with global responsibility for talent management, reward, retention and development as well as inclusion and wellbeing. Ali is a GB Age Group Triathlete and has competed in both European and World Championships.

Chris Brown

TLC Lions Advisor (Strategy & Growth)
Chris is a Partner at Ernst & Young where he is Head of the Business Assurance Practice for UK&I. Chris has a passion for wellbeing in the workplace and changing culture at board level. Chris leads a team providing a broad range of EY's non-audit assurance services, including financial accounting advisory services, internal audit, capital markets and climate change and sustainability services. He joined EY from PwC where he spent 16 years in both the assurance and consulting businesses and 11 years as a Partner. He also worked for Deloitte and for the National Audit Office.

Neil Svensen

TLC Lions Advisor (Marketing & Comms)
Neil was hired by IBM’s European Design Centre before moving to Wolff Olins – becoming Creative Director at just 24. In 1989 he set up Rufus Leonard. The last 30 years has seen the agency grow from 6 to 105 people with clients including British Gas, Mitie and Lloyds Banking Group. Neil’s passion for his work, boundless creativity has made him a prominent and well- respected industry figure. Neil sits on the Project Insight Board of The Prince’s Trust, and has co-authored a number of books including The Knowledge Manager and Beautiful Corporations.
