Gian Power

TLC Lions Founder
Gian Power founded TLC Lions following his time at Deutsche Bank and PwC. Whilst working in the city, a personal tragedy struck with the murder of his father. Gian witnessed first-hand some of the inclusion & wellbeing issues in the corporate world. Importantly he saw the need to create a more emotionally engaged work place.

Dr Kamel Hothi OBE

TLC Lions Non-Exec Director
With 38 years’ experience, Dr Kamel Hoth is now ranked in the top 100 most influential black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders in the UK by the FT and was awarded an OBE for her services to promoting diversity in banking. As well as running her own property business she sits on several boards as an Advisor / Trustee including Alzheimer’s Society & the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust across 53 countries.

Dr Rajni Aneja

TLC Lions Advisor (Research & Impact)
Dr Aneja is Head of Digital Strategy at Sanofi with board member roles at MIT, Oliver Wyman, MedCity News and acting as an Advisor to Harvard Innovation Labs. Rajni was formerly the Global Head of Digital Strategy for Novartis. She is a Connection Science Fellow with expertise in population health management and digital health. Rajni is an advisor to a variety of health and wellness organisations.

Ali Trauttmansdorff

TLC Lions Advisor (Market Trends & Insight)
Ali started her career in HR with Goldman Sachs where she worked for 14 years before assuming her current role in 2008 at Rothschild & Co as the Global Head of HR for Investment Banking and Private Equity. Ali also sits on the Queen's Gallery Group a collection of HR and Diversity professionals hosted by the Royal Household. An experienced HRD with global responsibility for talent management, reward, retention and development as well as inclusion and wellbeing. Ali is a GB Age Group Triathlete and has competed in both European and World Championships.

Chris Brown

TLC Lions Advisor (Strategy & Growth)
Chris is a Partner at PA Consulting Group and former Partner at Ernst & Young where he was Head of the Business Assurance Practice for UK&I. Chris has a passion for wellbeing in the workplace and changing culture at board level. Chris previously led a team providing a broad range of non-audit assurance services, including financial accounting advisory services, internal audit, capital markets and climate change and sustainability services. He joined EY from PwC where he spent 16 years in both the assurance and consulting businesses and 11 years as a Partner. He also worked for Deloitte and for the National Audit Office.

Huw Morris

TLC Lions Advisor (Strategy and Growth)
Huw is a Partner in law firm Lee & Thompson’s Marketing & Advertising Group, as well as the founder and current chair of the firm’s Inclusion and Belonging Network. Huw has extensive UK and international experience advising clients on the full spectrum of general commercial related matters. He was ranked in the outstanding Leading LGBT+ Executives List in 2018 & 2019 and was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Telegraph’s Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2019. A founding Committee member of the Law Society’s LGBT+ Lawyers Division and a board member of OUTvertising. Huw is also a Trustee and NED of international youth support charity DitchTheLabel.

Sophia Lerche-Thomsen

Partnerships Manager
Sophia joined TLC Lions after 5+ years working in financial services and manages our client relationships globally. Sophia was previously a Business Development Executive at Schroders and spent 3 years in Dubai building relationships with clients across the Middle East. Sophia is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) but decided to change career direction following her own experience with burnout. Sophia began to share her story with colleagues and saw the power of doing so when other people came forward with similar experiences. In her spare time, Sophia loves to read, bake and listen to podcasts.

Rebecca Carpenter

Operations Manager
Rebecca ensures that all in-person and virtual events run smoothly and manages client onboarding globally. In her previous role at Avenue HQ, Rebecca organised and delivered events for high profile clients, conducted site management & maintenance, and led member events programs and projects. Rebecca also managed the Charity Residency Program where she organised various fundraising events within the coworking space. Alongside this Rebecca has had an ongoing passion for wellbeing in the workplace. Outside of work, she is a newly qualified events first aider for St. Johns Ambulance and loves hiking and yoga.

Weronika Karecka

Marketing Manager
Weronika spent 3+ years working in a creative marketing agency before joining TLC Lions where she looks after digital marketing and PR. In her previous role at Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN), she worked as a social & content account specialist on clients such as Vodafone, Facebook, AWS and more. Weronika was part of the DAN UK Wellbeing Committee and an ambassador for NABS – a charity that aims to improve the wellbeing of people in the media industries. She joined after hearing Gian Power bring the TLC Lions mission to life at an event. Weronika loves to read, dance and is currently working towards her Pilates training.
