TLC Lions Founder
Gian Power founded TLC Lions following his time at Deutsche Bank and PwC. Whilst working in the city, a personal tragedy struck with the murder of his father. Gian witnessed first-hand some of the inclusion & wellbeing issues in the corporate world. Importantly he saw the need to create a more emotionally engaged work place.

Dr Kamel Hothi OBE

TLC Lions Non-Exec Director
With 38 years’ experience, Dr Kamel Hoth is now ranked in the top 100 most influential black, Asian and minority ethnic leaders in the UK by the FT and was awarded an OBE for her services to promoting diversity in banking. As well as running her own property business she sits on several boards as an Advisor / Trustee including Alzheimer’s Society & the Queen’s Commonwealth Trust across 53 countries.

Dr Rajni Aneja

TLC Lions Advisor (Research & Impact)
Dr Aneja is Head of Digital Strategy at Sanofi with board member roles at MIT, Oliver Wyman, MedCity News and acting as an Advisor to Harvard Innovation Labs. Rajni was formerly the Global Head of Digital Strategy for Novartis. She is a Connection Science Fellow with expertise in population health management and digital health. Rajni is an advisor to a variety of health and wellness organisations.

Ali Trauttmansdorff

TLC Lions Advisor
(Market Trends & Insight) Ali started her career in HR with Goldman Sachs where she worked for 14 years before assuming her current role in 2008 at Rothschild & Co as the Global Head of HR for Investment Banking and Private Equity. Ali also sits on the Queen's Gallery Group a collection of HR and Diversity professionals hosted by the Royal Household. An experienced HRD with global responsibility for talent management, reward, retention and development as well as inclusion and wellbeing. Ali is a GB Age Group Triathlete and has competed in both European and World Championships.

Chris Brown

TLC Lions Advisor
(Strategy & Growth) Chris is Head of Sales and Partnerships at Capita. His previous roles include Partner at PA Consulting Group and Partner at Ernst & Young where he was Head of the Business Assurance Practice for UK&I. Chris has a passion for wellbeing in the workplace and changing culture at board level. Chris previously led a team providing a broad range of non-audit assurance services, including financial accounting advisory services, internal audit, capital markets and climate change and sustainability services. He joined EY from PwC where he spent 16 years in both the assurance and consulting businesses and 11 years as a Partner. He also worked for Deloitte and for the National Audit Office.

Huw Morris

TLC Lions Advisor
(Strategy and Growth) Huw is a Partner in law firm Lee & Thompson’s Marketing & Advertising Group, as well as the founder and current chair of the firm’s Inclusion and Belonging Network. Huw has extensive UK and international experience advising clients on the full spectrum of general commercial related matters. He was ranked in the outstanding Leading LGBT+ Executives List in 2018 & 2019 and was appointed to the Advisory Board of the Telegraph’s Diversity & Inclusion Conference 2019. A founding Committee member of the Law Society’s LGBT+ Lawyers Division and a board member of OUTvertising. Huw is also a Trustee and NED of international youth support charity DitchTheLabel.

Mark Sherwood

(Marketing & Brand Strategy) Mark has a truly integrated marketing background. He has worked across advertising, media and digital. He’s created and built brands, run agencies and headed up major global accounts. Mark is currently Co-Founder and Managing Director of Maker, a branding, advertising and eCommerce agency focused on helping startup businesses realise their potential. Prior to Maker he was Worldwide Managing Director at Saatchi & Saatchi based out of their global HQ in New York. Previous roles include Global Chief Strategy Officer at Imagination, the leading independent brand and design consultancy and Global Head of Communications Planning at Lowe & Partners. Mark is also a Mentor for the Natwest Entrepreneur Accelerator Programme and is founder of Love Writing Co.

Joanne Nemerovski

(Strategy & Growth) Joanne has worked in Real Estate for over thirty years. She has sold well over $1 Billion in luxury homes and been consistently named one of the “Top 100 Agents in America”. Joanne is based in Chicago and committed to many important causes. She sits on the boards of the University of Chicago's Comer Children's Hospital, Respiratory Health Association, as well as Facing History and Ourselves. Having worked as a corporate attorney before moving into real estate, she is very aware of the many challenges employees face. Joanne is keen to improve corporate culture by supporting our growth strategy across the USA.

Director - USA
Kimberly’s mission is to develop strategic relationships with clients in the US who are searching for support across their employee engagement spectrum. This includes inclusion, mental wellbeing and talent development. She joins TLC Lions after 16+ years with Hyatt Hotels in sales and marketing roles across 5+ states and the global headquarters based in Chicago. Focused on finding the best personalised solutions to fit customers’ needs she’s built relationships based on trust and integrity.  Alongside this, Kimberly has had an ongoing passion for inclusion and wellbeing in the workplace actively supporting employee resource groups during her time with Hyatt.  Kimberly is the mom of a 6-year old beautifully curious boy, two fur-babies and the wife of a restaurateur.  Her positive energy comes from her family, friends, and finding herself outdoors... name any sport, if she hasn’t tried it yet it's on her list.
Cédric Lagarde

Cédric Lagarde-Gillot

France Director
Cédric leads TLC Lions France and holds a master’s degree in Corporate Finance with a background in the Oil & Gas industry working for companies including Total and Rosneft, the largest oil company in Russia. Cédric has a truly global mindset having lived and worked in France, Kazakhstan, Monaco and Germany. Witnessing a lack of support for employees throughout his career, Cédric is committed to bringing storytelling to France. In his spare time, Cédric enjoys traveling, bouldering and Thai-boxing, as well as reading Yuval Noah Harari’s books and astrophysics podcasts!
TLC Lions Operations Manager

Marion Maurel

Operations Manager
Marion manages client onboarding globally and ensures that all in-person and virtual events run smoothly. Guided by her expertise in event management Marion will execute seamlessly from preplanning through all event and content logistics to post-event follow-up and review. Marion joined TLC Lions after 15+ years in the hospitality industry working for re-known names such as Hilton and Hyatt Hotels. She has lived in France, Belgium, the USA and currently the UK and is fluent in English and French. During her time in hospitality, she developed strong operations, event management and business development skills. Marion loves outdoor sports and studying naturopathic nutrition which links back to her passion for wellbeing and mental health.

Rebecca Carpenter

Chief of Staff
Following her experience within Operations, Rebecca's role as Chief of Staff is to strategically support the CEO and TLC Lions team to expand our growth and impact for our clients globally. In her previous role at Avenue HQ, Rebecca organised and delivered events for high profile clients, conducted site management and maintenance, and led member events programs and projects. Rebecca also managed the Charity Residency Program where she organised various fundraising events within the coworking space. Alongside this Rebecca has had an ongoing passion for wellbeing in the workplace. Outside of work, Rebecca loves hiking, cooking and relaxing with yoga.
