Job Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join the TLC Lions team to take our brand and impact to the next level. An individual who is creative, can think outside of the box whilst at the same time structure these thoughts into a marketing strategy and execute on a day to day basis. Our marketing is genuine and authentic, and this shines through in all that we do. We’re looking for an ideas person who is also extremely organised and committed to our mission.

As Marketing Manager you’ll be working closely with all members of the team and with the founder Gian Power to bring the TLC Lions’ vision to life, to raise the brand profile and support on the journey of igniting emotion in the workplace and empowering employees to speak up about challenges.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Actively engaging with PR & Media
  • Managing all social media streams (key focus on LinkedIn)
  • Creating, developing and overseeing Marketing Campaigns
  • Developing the TLC Lions Branding (personality, tone and messaging)
  • Event marketing on a global scale
  • Website management
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Analysis & Measurement of marketing efforts
