Job Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join the Operations team at TLC Lions as the company continues to grow and support a wider number of clients in the UK and internationally. You’ll be working closely with our Operations Manager, providing administrative support to ensure the highest level of service for our TLC Lions clients whether in person/virtual events or those who choose our Online Series.

Our team thrives in a fast paced environment and the role requires somebody with an ability to effectively manage a range of tasks simultaneously whilst delivering a consistent high standard of work. We are looking for an individual who can assist in the onboarding of new clients, actively support existing clients and work alongside the Operations Manager in delivering ongoing operational processes and efficiencies as we grow.

You will be supporting with a range of administrative focused tasks that allow us to delight our clients from constructing onboarding emails, arranging welcome and feedback calls with clients through to invoicing and managing the financial side of our operations. The role is for a true team player who enjoys continuous improvement techniques and coming up with solutions to improve outputs and impact. 

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, has excellent written and spoken communication skills and strong attention to detail. An individual who brings positive energy when supporting the team with various logistical and operational tasks

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Raising invoices and tracking payments
  • Administrative support including diary and inbox management of the wider TLC Lions team
  • Supporting with research, trend analysis and meeting preparation for the Partnerships Team
  • Coordinating and supporting client facing and internal events
  • Supporting the Partnerships Team with managing inbound and outbound client enquiries
  • Actively supporting all stages of client relationships from onboarding through to ongoing account management and feedback meetings
